A family owned business, our principals, Michael and Evelyn DeMartino are involved in every construction project from preconstruction to municipal and governmental approvals, through completion and final occupancy. Both principals guide the process with fastidious attention, personal care and efficiency. They, and their team of skilled professionals continue to earn the respect of clients, which may be why DeMartino has enjoyed double-digit growth year after year.

Evelyn DeMartino, President
Evelyn began her career in marketing and advertising, initially working on the ‘client side’ for a Boston-based retail company. She moved to Manhattan in 1994 where she worked for global advertising agencies such as J. Walter Thompson, Draft Worldwide and Young & Rubicam. Evelyn was responsible for developing marketing and sales plans for Fortune 500 companies such as Kraft, Xerox, IBM, AT&T, HBO, Advil, Clairol and Hills Pet Nutrition. In 2002 Evelyn left her successful career to work with her husband, Michael, and launch DeMartino Construction Company. Her years of experience in operations, business development, sales and marketing inform all of her decisions and have helped build DeMartino Construction’s success.

Michael DeMartino, Chief Operating Officer
Founder Michael J. DeMartino has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of construction-related fields including traditional general contracting services, preconstruction planning, construction management, and design and build services. Michael started on the client side and this knowledge and perspective allows him to protect each clients’ interests and act as a virtual extension of their business. No one understands urgency, diplomacy or financial pressures better. Michael graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA with a degree in Construction Management and Architectural Engineering.
