The fit-out of this retail space was located in the prestigious The Shops at Columbus Center. The project was fast tracked for a Black Friday opening. We successfully addressed the logistical challenges of building in a high-end retail establishment with floors above and below occupied and fully functioning.
- Complete fire alarm/sprinkler installations
- High-end lighting and wood floor installations
- Managed multiple union trades in confined space
- Handled overnight loading/unloading of materials and debris
- Received and installed complete millwork package
- Responsible for complete NYC DOB permit expediting
